Born in 1987 in Aliwal North, Nico Masemola grew up watching <a href=" https://findartvalue.com/artist/hylton-nel">Hylton Nel</a> at work in his ceramic studio in Bethulie. Masemola would subsequently become the first in an ever growing line of potters that has since come to be dubbed the School of Nel. Learning from a master craftsman such as the likes of <a href=" https://findartvalue.com/artist
