Pierre Wilondja was born in Kinshasa, where he currently lives and works. He has been passionate about art – specifically drawing – from a young age. Between 2014 and 2121, he studied art at l'Académie des Beaux-Arts in Kinshasa. His paintings are an interpretation of his attempts to perceive the world in its truth; stifled by reality. Wilondja attributes his style – a mix of abstraction and surre
