Auction House Zezula was founded in 2002 by Tomáš Zezula following up on long tradition of gallery sale. The history of the brand began in 1989 in Brno, and then the company expanded in 1996 to Prague. After the start of the auction sale, the Prague gallery was assigned to former employees and all business activities returned to Brno. Almost thirty years of successful existence of the company have been accompanied by record sales on Czech market, especially in the area of crafts, antiques and Asian art. Important successes of recent years include the results of Czechoslovak photography auctions.
